Meeting Facilitation Services will:
* Help you clarify the goals for your session so that they are concise, meaningful and achievable.
* Create a proposed agenda for the meeting using tools that are best suited to your goals.
* Facilitate the session to keep the group on track.
* Follow up with you after the session to debrief and discuss next steps.
The Lobby Day Training, Go Ahead--Make Waves!, will:
* Teach advocates the five lobby basics: prepare, connect, educate, ask, and follow-up.
* Review talking points and “asks” issue by issue.
* Coach how to deal with “push back.”
* Guide advocates through realistic role-plays.
Executive Coaching Services will:
* Help clients clarify their intended results. The clearer the client is about the results that he or she would like to produce, the more value will be received from each coaching session. Sue asks to review recent assessments to help with this process.
* Facilitate setting a specific timeframe for achieving results, identifying obstacles (real or imagined) that might prohibit the client from producing results, and determining the level of commitment.
* Identify obstacles that stop the client from reaching their intended results, work with the client to clear the obstacles, and help the client choose the next move that will alter their situation.
* Teach philosophies and methodologies (e.g. steps to an assertive response, listening styles, how to deal with difficult people, methods to conquer irrational thinking, etc.) to facilitate progress.
* Provide direct feedback when asked or when I sense the client is stuck.
* Keep confidential everything said in the sessions unless otherwise established up-front with
supervisors or other identified parties.
* Update supervisors or other identified parties on progress after every four sessions.
