Meetings with large groups of people often work better if they are run by someone who does not hold a stake in the outcome of the discussions. Sue Peschin runs a process that encourages people to work effectively together and focuses the discussion so that the goals of the meeting are accomplished. Sue's services are particularly helpful for planning meetings, board meetings, and "difficult" meetings.
LOBBY DAY TRAINING
Sue Peschin's training, Go Ahead--Make Waves!, gives advocates the tools to present and make their "asks" with confidence. Sue goes above and beyond the ordinary by integrating your key policy issues into her talk and by offering custom designed, color-coded materials for both advocate and leave-behind packets.
INDIVIDUAL EXECUTIVE COACHING AND GROUP WORKSHOPS
A member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, Sue meets with individual clients weekly and in person for one-hour sessions. She also offers group workshops: Confronting Conflict: For Those Who Would Rather Flee Than Fight and Stress Reduction Techniques for Sanity and Self-Renewal.
